Are Private Sessions available?

Yes. Periodically, Terri opens a few time slots for private sessions by telephone appointment. The time slots and instructions on how to make a reservation are announced privately to our VIP Sponsors, and then 1 day later to our e-list through the DK Newsletter. We do not respond to individual requests made outside of this procedure.

Private Session appointments are prepaid at the time of scheduling. There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations.

In the rare event that rescheduling is needed, there is a fee of $10 with 24 hour minimum advance notice, and if other time slots are still available within 90 days from the date on which you are attempting to reschedule.

Missed appointments are no refunds and no exchanges, because we have spent the administrative time and the channel has reserved time for you.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

Yes. Terri Newlon Holistic Consulting Co., LLC, uses the new Secure Socket Layer (SSL), 128-bit secure website, which encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as information travels over the Internet.

To confirm this on any web site, look for two things. When you are in the shopping cart, you should see a padlock in the bottom of your browser. You should also see an "s" in the URL after http (example: https://www.TerriNewlon.com).

We use one of the largest and most secure shopping carts, 1ShoppingCart.com, along with one of the best and most secure e-commerce gateways, Authorize.net. To further protect our clientele, we also use a merchant account with strict compliance requirements, Costco NOVA.

IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION:

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can NOT hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent CREDIT card charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

To the best of our knowledge, this rule does not apply to debit cards and e-checks.

What is your declined Credit Card policy?

We are sorry that there is a difficulty in processing the funds.  We sincerely want your experience with us to be joyous and easy. You are responsible for contacting your bank or card company to assess why the decline appeared:

1.  AVS mismatch - does your bank's internal records match where your statement is mailed?  Did you accidentally use a home address when the statements are mailed to your office or post office box?

2.  Did your card recently get updated?  Has the code on the back of card changed?  And also the expiration date?

Our e-commerce system involves 1ShoppingCart, Authorize.net gateway, and Costco Nova now Elavon Merchant Account.  We chose this ultra-secure online system for the safety of our clients, and we assure you that there is no way for us to access funds that your bank or card company are holding within their system.

If your credit card company is holding funds from your account, we cannot fix the situation for you. Click here for our official statement that you can give your credit card company to aid in the release of your funds. Please ask your bank or card company to stop holding the funds and release them for your use.  This is a similar situation as when you rent a car and they 'hold' a deposit until you bring back the car in good shape, or until 15 days or so has expired.

We provide you with an email copy of the declined transaction, and you must contact your bank or card company to resolve the issue.  We are not responsible for making phone calls on your behalf.  If this statement is not satisfactory to your bank or card representative, and they would like to call our office during business hours Pacific Time, contact Janet Smith at 425-844-2573.  Leave a voice mail message if she is in a meeting.

What are your Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellation Policies?

Most of our products are delivered to you electronically and immediately via instant download online and/or by email containing a download link. These products can not be returned, and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We have a no cancellations policy on all our products and services, unless otherwise stated in the product or service description.

For products that require physical shipping such as CD or MP3 on a disc, we offer First Class shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service) within the USA and outside the USA, unless you request and pay for another carrier. Vortex Water machines and supplies are generally sent via UPS or another carrier of choice. All snail-mail products are shipped within 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Domestic Shipping in the USA

All Vortex Water and Vitalizer Plus product orders shipped in the United States will be sent via UPS Ground, within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. California shipping addresses will be charged an appropriate higher amount because the product is drop-shipped for us from California.

Other snail-mail shopping cart items, such as CD and MP3 discs, are sent by USPS First Class Mail within 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated. Priority Mail with tracking may be requested for an additional charge.

International Shipping outside the USA

YES! We offer International shipping.

If you are ordering a non-electronically transmitted product and the shipping calculation is not shown in our shopping cart, please contact us first for a quote. CustomerCare@TerriNewlon.com

Vortex Water Vitalizer Plus machines and replacement mineral cubes are drop-shipped by Vortex Water Tech, and shipping method is at their discretion. We will also need to know the exact type of plug and voltage type, so that we can determine whether or not your requested customized product is possible before you order and pay for it.

* For all international orders of Vortex Water Vitalizer Plus machines, please email us to determine if we can fill your order in your Country's voltage. If your custom order has been pre-approved, when ordering, leave a detailed message in the comment box during checkout for the required plug type and voltage for your Country.

** Customs Policies vary from Country to Country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Any and all charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Most International orders will arrive in your country within 10-14 days. Delivery to your door can take several more days, due to Customs. You may need to contact your Customs Department to locate your package.

REPAIRS, RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS:

Vortex Water Products

All Vortex Water Vitalizer Plus items carry a warranty and are available for replacement or repair while under warranty, according to current policies of Vortex Water Tech www.vortexwatertech.com.

We will make arrangements with the drop-ship department of Vortex Water Tech. Sometimes, they require that you return the product to them before a replacement is issued. We must comply with their requirements and we will make sure that your situation is properly handled.

CD & MP3 Discs by Mail

If you ordered a CD or MP3 disc in the mail, it typically ships within 5 to 10 business days. If it arrived damaged or defective, our media supplier www.HeartwiseProductions.com will replace the item in accordance with their terms of service. As a reminder, discs, tapes and credit card strips get erased by magnets, computer speakers, cell phones, etc. Always keep these items separate from one another.

To return a defective or damaged CD or MP3 disc, please send an email to Customer Care CustomerCare@TerriNewlon.com or call our 24/7 Voice Mail at (214) 615-6505 extension 4953# with the Purchase Order number and date, items in question, and reason for return. We will make arrangements with the drop-ship department of Heartwise Productions. Sometimes, they require that you return the product to them before a replacement is issued.

NOTE: Heartwise Productions seals its products with a sticker that clearly states their policy. Once an item is opened, it can not be returned unless it was defective when you received it.
