Playful awareness is a very powerful way of transforming the Self and the World. Laughter always dispels any negative energies, as does clapping, in the Tibetan way of being.

This full moon energy is that of Leo, and is what I would call strong or bold in the arena of self-praise.

We will work with phrases of inner appreciation that produce the most effect within you personally and as always, within Humanity in the spirit of Service.
